HOMES FOR LEASE
This Module is for the use of Coral Lakes Residents desiring to lease Coral Lakes properties.
Up to four pictures can be posted as part of the advertisement.
If a resident wishes to include realtor information, such as telephone number, email address or links to a web site, there will be a nominal charge. Please contact Sally Margolies at the Clubhouse.
There is no charge for resident information. After 6 months, the advertisement, realtor or resident, will be removed unless a request for renewal is received.
Each local association within Coral Lakes has a different type of home configuration:
CORAL COVE: Four story condominium apartment buildings with outdoor reserved parking space.
CRYSTAL POINTE: Coach homes( one residence over another) and Villa homes (side by side connected homes), both with garage.
EGRET POINT: Patio homes (two homes under one roof), with garage.
REGAL SHORES: Two and four story condominium apartments buildings with outdoor reserved parking space.
REGENCY COVE: Free standing homes with 2 car garage.
ROYAL lANDINGS: Patio homes (two homes under one roof), with garage.
TUSCANY: Free standing homes with 2 car garages.
